In 2000 the plant carried out the certification within the international quality management standard ISO 9001, and is improving the quality management system that allows manufacturing high quality packaging.
| In July 2003 Blitz-Pack completed recertification of quality management standard worked out in accordance with international standard ISO 9001 requirements updated in 2000. One of the achievements of our plant is integrated management system SAP R3 implementation. The modules of SAP R3 implemented allow following the ISO requirements in a proper way, taking into account the specialty of industry. Today QM module (quality management) SAP R3 controls all the productions stages beginning from raw materials supplying to ready goods delivering to customers` warehouse.
Blitz-Pack laboratory is the one to solve a lot of different questions every day: incoming and out coming control of ready goods conduct, a lot of parameters under customers requirements are measured, the receipt of inks due to Ink Formulation is worked out. Efficient using all the functionalities of SAP R3and modern methods of management allow Blitz-Pack top managers of the plant to improve the management system in accordance with changing customers` requirements and expectations, to respond quickly and sufficiently to market alterations. |    |
